The SunSine 200 AC Module:

What is the difference between a SunSine AC module and a traditional solar system?
The SunSine AC Module is the world’s first solar appliance. It is a fully-integrated Plug and Play
PV system that incorporates the separate components of today’s systems (PV Module, Micro-
Inverter, Mounting, and Monitoring) into a single package.

How much does the GreenRay SunSine 200 AC Module cost?
Pricing information can be obtained from one of GreenRay’s partner installers.

Where can I buy GreenRay Products?
The SunSine AC module is available in limited quantities during 2010 through one of GreenRay’s
       distributors
. It will be available more broadly in 2011. Our installation and distribution partners
can conduct a site survey and talk with you about the specific benefits of a GreenRay array.
Please contact us to be referred to an installation partner in your area.

Can I install a SunSine AC Module Myself?
Any Solar electric system should be installed by qualified personnel only.

Can the SunSine AC module work in off-grid environments?
No. GreenRay’s SunSine AC Modules have only been designed to work in installations which are
        connected to the utility grid.

    Where are the modules manufactured?

Final assembly of the AC module occurs at GreenRay’s facilities in Massachusetts. Components
sources are both domestic and foreign.

Is this product available outside of the US?

No, currently the product is designed specifically for the US market and safety certifications are
        specific to the US.

Company:

Who is GreenRay as a company?
GreenRay is a privately held company funded by leading venture capital firms.
Additionally we have been funded through several R&D Grants and the Massachusetts
        Renewable Energy Trust.

Microinverter:

What makes GreenRay’s Microinverter different from others on the market today?
Microinverters have traditionally been constructed using electrolytic capacitors. Given
the tendency of electrolytics to leak, microinverters have historically been limited to a 15
year maximum life span. Leapfrogging current technology, our microinverters replace
electrolytic capacitors with GreenRay’s proprietary technology. In house, and third party
testing has found GreenRay’s technology to have 3 times the lifespan of the
        microinverters currently on the market.

Does the SunSine AC module automatically disconnect when the grid shuts down?
Yes, The SunSine AC Modules are ETL listed to the UL174 standard for utility-interactive
applications. If the utility voltage source is out of voltage or frequency spec, or if the
utility is disconnected, the inverter will not feed current or voltage to the grid side
terminals. This functionality is implemented with any grid-tied inverter, so it will not
“island” and potentially hurt line workers.”

Are GreenRay Microinverters available as stand-alone components?
The SunSine AC module is only available as a complete integrated package. The micro-
inverter is not available for sale as a standalone component.

 Wiring:

How are SunSine AC Modules wired together?
SunSine Panels safely plug together with quick-connect AC cables. With all
wiring de-energized during installation, maintenance, and emergency conditions, wiring
a GreenRay array is simpler, and safer than a conventional system.

How is a GreenRay system grounded?
GreenRay’s mounting feet and link plates connect easily to the module frame and
automatically bond the array for trouble – free grounding.

GreenRay Monitoring System:

What does the GreenRay Monitoring System do?
The GreenRay Monitoring System compiles information concerning the performance of
the entire solar system. Each microinverter tracks the real-time and historical
performance of its Module. This data is sent to the GreenRay Gateway via a home’s AC
wiring, where it is transmitted to the GreenRay Monitoring Website. The Monitoring Website provides array wide, and individual module performance data, as well as weather information and technical specifications of the system.

 Mounting Solution:

How does GreenRay’s Mounting Solution differ from traditional mounting systems?
GreenRay’s proprietary Mounting Solution dramatically simplifies installation of our
SunSine 200 AC Module, while enhancing system reliability and safety. Our mounting
system is fully integrated with the module frame and installs in half the time of
conventional rack-mounted systems – with 40% fewer parts, no cumbersome rails, and
no special tools required. The result: lower cost of installation, and a safer, more reliable
        and attractive system.

Technical:

What are the technical specifications of the SunSine AC module?
